I went to the doctor to day for the last time pre op. I lost 20 more LB in 14 days. I am so happy. that is a 145 LB pre op loss...

topics and postings but you are quite amazing. Bravo Mike this journey is so much about the mindset prior to the surgery. This
meltdown will not stop now that you've turned the great big body into a fat burning machine. Melting fat is an absolute balancing act and you have seemed to figure it out
