I went to the doctor to day for the last time pre op. I lost 20 more LB in 14 days. I am so happy. that is a 145 LB pre op loss...

Mike, that is absolutely amazing!! You have learned so much in such a short time, I keep forgetting you are pre-op!

That is so good I am happy to hear that , I wonder what I will lose on the liquid diet before surgery.

I love it when I hear of somebody putting their foot down and getting in there BEFORE surgery....it shows your dedication...I lost 127 pounds pre-op myself. I know just how hard it is...at least at first. then one day, everything just fell into place...now it just is...
I am now at a total of 170 pounds lost...but hope things really jump off now that I am heading towards the gym on the regular...
Now that you know how to do this...it's gonna be a sweet ride on the other side...trust me on this...my best advice? invest in good shoes...
