I know a woman who is several years post op whom I swear lives on chocolate and cheese!!!! She says it is the only things she tolerates well!!! I asked her about dumping and she seems to have never experienced it! Has anyone else ever heard of this? She does occassionally eat a normal meal but mostly cheese and chocolate!!!

It sounds to me that she has decided to ignore her nutritionist and is not making healthy food choices. Chocolate, while I love it, offers little in the way of nutrition. Cheese can be good for us, but we have to watch how much fat content it has. I wouldn't model my behavior after that woman's--not if you're looking for long-term good health.

FYI read of you Being concerned about your skin or face or something, don't try cheese and chocolate if you want
bette for yourself, but it is a personal journey for weight control so if it works
do it!
