I try to get 80 grams of the very best protein available. Whey isolate. This may help you. If I tried to do it with food, by calorie intake would be off the charts. Good Luck and let me know if anything I said helped. My RNY was 11/18/11 I have lost half of my body in 16 months. Lost 143, weigh 142. Best Wishes.
If you keep having problems, please see an endocrinologist. Many sleeves dump, too...so switching to a sleeve may not fix the problem (plus, converting a GBS to a sleeve is major, major surgery!!!
Hang in there!!

I am working with a personal trainer and I am swapping fat percentage or muscle percentage. Muscle is a calorie burner so building muscle is important to long term success.
