For the first time in I don't know how long I tucked in my shirt tonight because it's chilly out and I didn't want the cold air going up my shirt and making me colder than I already am and have been all freakin' day!

I looked in the mirror and was like, "Daaaamn!" I actually looked good! And for me to say that about myself means a LOT (to me!) We are our own worst critics! I was thrilled that I could tuck in my shirt if I chose to, and pull it off!

Truth be known, I only tucked it in to stay warm and layered up with a sweatshirt, but *I* know. lol I'm not brave enough to wear my shirt tucked in and go out in public yet.

That's a good wow moment...keep them coming. You shouldn't be surprised you look good in the shirt tucked in, all your pictures showing your progress look great.

Thanks y'all! I know it sounds weird after seeing my photos, but I still have that 'fat girl' mentality. I never imagined I'd be tucking my shirt in. I still see all the lumps and bumps that nobody else probably notices. In my mind I think they're seeing everything I see, but I know it's a head issue, and probably not so much as I make it out in my mind.

I feel the exact same way Krista. When I was at my heaviest, I worked in retail at the fat clothing store. I would have liked to have choked someone who weighed 140 and wore a size 8 who thought that they were fat. I don't really think that I am fat, but I can't exactly grasp that I'm not either. I looked in the mirror the other day and thought that I looked wide. I wonder if that goes away??

I have a wonderful friend who makes me go out of my comfort zone in regards to my wardrobe. I actually wore a shirt tucked in last week for the first time in 18 years!!

Sometimes we just need a little push!

it is great you can tuck in now . keep up what your doing . soon you will tuck in and go out in public and not even realize it
