It was the toughest part of the whole ordeal for me! I was a huge eater. I coudl wipe out a whole bucket of KFC or a whole large supreme pizza plus a pitcher of beer. then go to nothin but liquid!!! Oh Crap!
It was well worth the effort! I feel wonderful and am getting real close to my goal. Am 10 months post op now.
Good luck Jamie! You're doing great!
I know it's hard, but you will do fantastic, by all of your hard work you're putting into this!
I'm on my partial liquid diet (surgery is 10/29), and my partner is being very supportive. When I visit her, she's cooking what I can have, and making salads, and eating right along side me, when I have my protein and veggies at night. Support is a wonderful thing!
Hugs,
Boo
