So I've been one of the lucky ones that have never experienced dumping.
...until now. My husband and I have been dealing with his ex and his son and to say the least, it's not good. Constant drama and chaos. Anyway, I never thought I was an emotional eater (just a boredom eater), but I was wrong. I wanted a snow cone. Which is fine because I usually just get a medium sized one with half of one of the regular flavors and the other half a sugar free flavor. No harm no foul. Well the snow cone stand was closed. Then I had the bright idea to get icecream instead. Which still probably would have been fine if I'd just had a couple bites. But noooo, being the implusive person (moron in last night's case) that I can be (one of my personality flaws), I, in my infinite wisdom decided to go for broke and eat not 1, but 2 scoops and a cone. First of all, that was waaayyyy too much in one sitting. I know this, but at the time don't care. Trust me when I tell, you....I very quickly cared! The second that last delicious bite hit my tummy the cramps started. I shed my shorts and was still writhing in pain. Shortly thereafter, I became violently ill. OMG! I threw up and threw up. Thankfully, I still had some topical phenergan in the medicine cabinet. I was able to quell the nausea with that. I was able to get some sleep. Good news right? Yeah well, the diarrhea hit this morning. So, on top of a sore tummy, I still have some cramping and now (sorry guys) the poops. So, fair warning.....DON'T DO IT! It's so not worth it. I just wanted to share my stupidity. Thanks for letting me rant.

I had my first bout of dumping on sunday because I had one tablespoon of bush' smokehouse beans. It must have been the sugar.
I couldn't tell what end was going to explode at first but I felt soooooo bad. I didn't end up throwing up, so now you know which end won !! :-)
Never again!
If you can throw up it makes you get over it sooner. Usually I can't throw up and just suffer for a couple of hours. Chinese food also a favorite will do the same thing.
There is no doubt the difference between just getting sick and dumping!
