If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
Hope, yep it helps to know that people aren't perfect, just human. :) Glad it helped someone!
Josie, I don't know what my limits on sugar are and I don't really want to find out.. I've dumped twice since my surgery, both times brought on by Jagermeister. lol So I'm usually very cautious, but yesterday I threw caution to the wind.. I'm very lucky I didn't end up dumping. And relieved!
I've been very good today. I ate my refried beans, chili and shrimp, and will probably have a couple of ham slices with cheese rolled up in them this afternoon before hitting the gym, and a light dinner. No snacking today (at least that's my goal) and only good stuff.
