Simple question....can we have honey? I wanted to drizzle some on Greek yogurt but figured its considered sugar. But now I'm wondering if it's ok? Btw I am almost 11 months out from gbs rny! :) and down 136 lbs!! :)
I got some artifical honey at walmart. It is sugar free right next to the regualr honey. I like it better than regualr. It doesn't have the gritty texture. And it tastes good without being excessively sweet.
warning though honey and anything at all with honey in it makes me sicker that a dog.........its one of the things that makes me sicker then most other things I should type. If you have ever had food with it that did or did not agree that should answer your question.
