Protein (at least 70 grams a day)
Water (at least 64 oz a day)
Movement (as much as you can)
Sleep (at least 8 hours a night)
Vitamins (every day: 2 multi, 6 calcium citrate. 3X a week: sublingual B12. Iron: if you are a menstruating woman. Others: based on bloodwork)
The first thing to do with a stall is make sure you are getting enough of the above basics. Then, be honest with yourself about "extras" you have allowed to creep back into your diet - and cut them out!! If you are doing the exact same thing every day, change it up a little to "shake" your body out of its comfort zone (add protein, do something different for exercise, get more sleep, etc). Sometimes people do need to up their calories for a day or 2 to get their body to burn fat for fuel. Finally, look at what emotional ties you have to your current weight. What was happening last time you were this weight? Do you have unfinished emotional business?
The good news is that if you are doing the deal, eventually your body will respond and you will become the healthiest version of you.
