Pull out all the resources you can. Talk to your doctor about getting a referral for counseling to help you with stress and join a gym or start walking - exercise is a great tool to help with stress. Keep healthy food choices in your house and toss the unhealthy foods.

I think I have come to the conclusion that I just have to get up and move and I will be fine. I do keep high protein snacks like almonds, jerky and peanutbutter for fruit and I'm always drinking water.
Regarding the low blood sugar thing; keep your carbs as low as you can (including carbs from fruit). If you can stay low on the glycemic index, your body won't produce excess insulin (which is what is wiping out your blood sugar).
Protein, protein, protein. Never eat a carb (even veggies) without it!!
