Hey how is everyone doing? Man I can tell you that I am doing pretty good. My back is killing me still, but I will have the rf ablation done on Tuesday afternoon and it will take a couple of days to heal then I should be good. Its going to kill the nerve endings in specific parts of my back so that the pain I am experiencing in my lower back, hips and legs will stop unless I injure those specific spots. Then I will be able to move better. But still feeling great and positive today. Moving is slow but I have been working on my house with the music blaring. My son is playing outside in our beautiful weather and the day could be better but its a lot better than days before have been. I hope everyone has a great day.
