Well it has been a while since I have been here. How is everyone doing? I am doing great! My weight loss has been slow but steady. I am down to 206.4 lbs. I have started going to the gym. I am still eating between 3-4 oz. per meal. I consider it a huge success if I get to eat the whole 4 ounces. I cannot do any of the protein drinks....I have spent a fortune on different ones!
I turned 40 this month! woo hoo! I am going to have the best life ever! the surgery is soooo worth it! I do not regret it for one minute. My hubby gave me the best compliment when he said my clothes are falling off of me...and that he has noticed when he snuggles up next to me at night he is worried he will crush me. I guess what I am saying is I am happy.

Not that I know what you've tried but I'm preop still and my nut told me not to over buy protein powders because my tastes may change, so I've only been buying from GNC because they will take everything back, even after you've tried it. My nut also told me only to use protein isolate because post op you may become lactose intolerant and this type of protein has lactose removed.
