pureed homemade beef stew and it was wonderful. I was hoping my tastes wouldn't change that much from before surgery and so far they haven't my stew tasted just as good as I remembered it even if it was in pureed stage. I was staying warm until today and now it seems like I can't get warm. Been watching my temp and it is staying normal no fever here so I guess this is the chills everyone talks about. Been making sure to get in all my liquids so that I stay dehydrated. Working on the protein and like I said a few days ago I know there will be good along with the bad. I have been told to only introduce one new food at a time until I am sure how my body will react to it. That's ok I froze enough of my stew to last forever.
