to get in 2 liters a day or so.YEAH RIGHT!
I'm lucky if i get in 60 oz a day...
First of all, the biggest rule is to NOT drink 1/2 hr before and after meals, so that's at least 3 hrs a day of not drinking! And if I don't want to be up all night peeing, I try to limit intake in the eves/before bed!
Also, with having to spread out the vitamins during the day, I don't want to drink too much and flush 'em out of my system too quickly.
I ad light juices, V8, or the special K protein packets to my water to make it a little more nutritious.
Since the pouce is so small, it's all about sipping....NOT
gulping, which was a little hard to remember in the beginning.
I grab a drink first thing out of bed, and drink til I sleep again.
Definitely keep up on your fluids though - probably contributed to the kidney stone I had to deal with last week!!!!
