anyway, DH commented the other day that i can eat chili with GB, why not other things.
I think it is because its in with other things. if i eat meatloaf, i am done in two or three bites. burger - one bite.
so, on recipes that are mostly GB i would go with turkey. you can add stuff to it to make it taste more like beef (a1, Worcestershire sauce, even beef bullion.
i find sausage does the same thing to me - i would say it's the fat, but we buy the 96/4 (i think) GB and it can still bother me.
It does take time to find out what will work best for you. If you have a problem with a particular food wait several days and try again. If you still have difficulty put it aside for a while. d
