9 days till my surgery!!.....this weekend i am going shopping for after the surgery.....they start me on pureed foods right away....so i would like all of you to help me make my list....here are some of the things i have so far
popsicles - sf
pudding - sf
jello - sf
canned chicken
tuna
fat free gravies to mix with pureed meats
chili
refried beans - ff
cream soups
instant potatoes
canned fruit - no sugar added
eggs
equal
i have forgotten the name of the delicious extracts and sf chocolate additives that you guys recommended...if you could remind me i would appreciate it
i got my pre-op blood tests from last week today and i am happy to say that the past year of watching my diet has paid off....no more high cholesterol!!!...all my blood work was NORMAL!!...im so happy :)
