Just FYI that I went to my first GNC store the other day... Was pretty cool! The guy was so helpful!
I did want to share they are having a deal currently where you can join (get the little card that gives you discounts) for free right now... And it gives you a 25% discount on all future purchases.
He said it normally costs like 15$ to join... and the discount is only taken during the first week of the month (or something like that) but if you join now, you do not have to pay, AND you can use your card any day of the month.
Plus, they email you a 10$ off coupon for your next purchase in addition to your 25% off... Pretty good deal!
I bought some of the quest protein bars... The chocolate one really is like a brownie! They are low sugar, low carbs... and even the calories are under 200, plus 20 protein. They had buy 3 get one free deal...
They also have all sorts of protein powders and such...
They also ship on line orders for a buck to the US. Pretty good deal!

Can you buy single bars at the store? I notice on the website that you have to buy a box, which I would if I could get an assortment to try the different ones and see what I like.

Yeah... at the store you can buy singles... That's what I did. So far, the chocolate brownie one and the cookie dough one has my vote! :)

The Quest bars are buy 3 get 1 free till the end of June. I stocked up on the Choc Chip Cookie dough ones and then went back for my brownie ones and the peanut butter ones. The gold card is a good deal if you can get it for free. That is how I got mine. With the B3G1F quest bars, it makes them about $2 a pc if you have the Gold Card which is cheap!

I buy my protein drinks from GNC as well as some of my vitamin/supplements. They almost are always having a buy one get one half off sale too in addition to the gold card discounts.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
