I have to wait till 6 weeks (Monday, yay) and then start introducing one new thing at a time to see if I can handle it.
I would say 1 month out is still to new...remember, you are still not all healed inside and you don't want hurt yourself. :)
check with your team about the lettuce and raw veggies, most plans are different. I think Steak and lettuce were a few of the things I waited the longest on..
