I love my fitness pal. Very easy to use. You can scan items in using the bar code or search for your item.

I've used my fitness pal for a year! Love it!

Myfitnesspal is great. If you want to go for an exercise tracker too, the Fitbit Force rocks. You can track your food as well with it online. It syncs with your computer whenever you are near it.

There are many good ones out there...

Lose it and myfatsecret... I have tracked my eats for years... currently, since before surgery, I use myfitnesspal like many of the others do...

i to use the fitness pal and i absolutely love it! you can track exercise , food intake, even scan the barcodes of the food your eating, your water intake and much more. and it keeps your progress for you so you can easily just look at your app and see how much you've lost so far :) Hope this helps

I don't have an android phone, but I have Dell Tablet. Can I download the fitness app, or these trackers onto my Tablet??

I got a Fit-Bit for Christmas. It is a device you wear on your wrist. It syncs with your phone and/or computer. It tracks footsteps, and calories burned, it tracks active movement and miles walked. It can track sleep, You can input your food and drinks and it tracks all the various components of the food. Carbs, sugars, proteins,calories, etc...
I absolutely LOVE IT! It also can connect with friends to encourage each other. I am really enjoying it!
