don't feel bad.....I haven't lost any for two weeks and I am 5 weeks out. Everyone here has been so encouraging. From what I understand, our bodies are adjusting and will start losing weight again.

I have stated this previously. Our bodies are in shock at the changes. I'm almost 6 months out and I've done this the whole time. lose a few pounds, maybe 5 in a week, then stall for 2-3 weeks at a time. I'll lose a few more and stall again. It's been like that this whole 6 months. Just go with the flow, keep doing what you know you need to do, and the weight will melt off. You'll be 6 months out like me and be amazed at yourself and how far you've come. It just doesn't seem real. Try not to stress out over the scale not moving.

A small piece of advice from me is that #1 your not noticing it because I didn't either but right when you don't see numbers and progress that you think you start to stress about it. Stop stressing and obsessing with numbers. Once I started doing that my numbers dropped big I mean I didn't weigh myself for a week and dropped 9 lbs. I know my worrying and obsessihg played a huge part

Thank you for all replies.. I weighed in this morning and for the first time in many years I am under 220lbs!! guess I keep worrying that I am going to be one of the ones this does not work for. That scares the crap out of me.

I TRIED TO WEIGH MYSELF ONCE A WEEK OR ONCE EVERY COUPLE WEEKS - THEN I WOULD BE SURPRISED AT THE CHANGES. I ALWAYS WEAR THE SAME CLOTHES EACH TIME I WEIGH SO THAT I AM GETTING A TRUE FEELING OF LOSS OR GAIN. I DID NOTICE THAT EVEN IF MY WEIGHT DIDN'T CHANGE I DID LOSE INCHES AND MY CLOTHES SIZE STEADILY DECREASED.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
