Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
I used to feel the same way part-way through my journey. I'd feel great, get compliments, and think I was looking skinny....then my hubby would take a pic and I saw that I was still fat!! I don't think I liked my pic until I got within 10 lbs of my target weight. You've done a great job. Hang in there! It gets better!!

I started at 361. After losing 90 lbs, I am still the size of 2 grown women. I realize that I still have a ways to go...
I've now lost 78 lbs but I look down and I still see this HUGE belly! Oh well, eventually it'll go away.
Be proud that you've lost 104 lbs girl, that's a huge accomplishment in its self!! HUGSSSSSSSSSSS
