I am hoping it is just the result of the hot weather, busy work week and nothing more than that.
Regulating your bowels: daily fiber powder, stool softener (I do it every other day), lots of fluids. Daily. This is another thing you have to be vigilant about.
But it is all manageable. You just have to remember that you have a new body, and it has different requirements than your former bod....
And I too suffer with the constipation... I haven't conquered this one yet... I take 4 stool softeners a day, and about every two weeks I have to day two to three days of miralax... Not fun at all...
Hang in there.. I am hoping this too shall pass.. I know a friend of mine really struggled with fatigue after her surgery for quite a while.. They tell me it does get better....
