Take some time to boil eggs (protein, eat a can of tuna (protein)...etc. Do your research there are alot of yummy things that have high protein. You have to be willing to do the footwork. This is a tool, but if its not used properly (with healthy dieting and exercise)then the tool is not being used properly and won't work.
Whenever I find I want to graze, I go to the fridge and do all of the looking but always grab the cottage cheese!
It is high in protein, and decent in calories and fat, I prefer the large curd even tho there is more fat in it, but I rationalize it by the fact that we malabsorb fats! ;-) You do have to work at the not grazing thing, but there are times when a snack is necessary!
Don't beat yourself up over this, learn that, if you have gone for 2 hours without putting something in your pouch, then you are supposed to eat something. just make sure it isn't JUNK!
God bless!
