Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
I'm not a huge dumper tho... had a couple 'mini dumps' is all.
Now that I have said THAT... I gotta tell you!
1) Very good to see you!
2) You look flippin A M A Z I N G girlfriend!! :) :)
I get the sugar thingI ate low fat for the first 4 monthsthen I switched to real fats. I'm assuming the fat grams is probably for your gallbladder (I had mine evicted last year). If you are going to do low-carb, you need to do normal fats (not low fat). From my understanding, you can't go low in both and be healthy.

Most food marketed as low-fat are actually less healthy than full-fat foods because they replace the fat with sugar.
