Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
It is hard to do what we know is good for us. Especially when life seems to be coming down on you.
Perhaps you can take today or tomorrow and sit down with your vitamins to make a schedule of taking them that will fit in with your busy days. i use the alarm feature on my phone to remind me to take them.
Sometimes it just about starting up the habit again.
it sucks that work is frustrating and that it's keeping you from your daughter. being a working mom, i understand.
but remember that quality is the most important thing to your daughter. try doing something in your car on the way home to relax you so that when you walk in the door you're ready to make good memories with your girl.
good luck and hang in there.

It sounds like it's time to reflect. Do you have before pictures that you can look at and see how far you've come. And to show you what you don't want to go back to.
This may sound strange but try some meditation.Sit in a quiet room, eyes closed, and think calm thoughts. Try this for 5-10 minutes a day to de-stress yourself.
Some people will disagree with me on this one, but I use my scale to make me accountable. I weigh myself every morning. The scale doesn't lie. It tells me that I made all the right choices yesterday. I give myself a 2-3 lb break. (female issues can cause a 2 lb gain).
And lastly, your support is right here. All of us are here to support each other. I find that offering advise from my peers is very therapeutic and keeps me on track. And I know that when I need advise there are wonderful people here that are honest and supportive.
Ready??? Now buckle up those boot straps and get going!"
