I'm exhausted. I had surgery on 10/5 and went back to work on 10/16 w/ a lifting restriction. My job varies from desk work to in home supports in a two story house. I work odd shifts and normal for me is like 10:30am to about 8pm.
What do you do for exercise outside of work? Some days I'm more active at work than others but it's dark when I get out of work. My knee is an issue but it is feeling better as some weight comes off.
Any ideas for energy? My dr says everyone differs so to just follow the program and it will come. Patience is not one of my strong points ...lol

I had surgery 12/2010 because of health issues my team said for now the stairs I do because of living in a 3 story walk up and I have a dog that I have to take for litte walks 4x a day. I think if you counsult your team they may be able to help you make a plan that works for you. Don't forget to be nice to your body with rest exaustion isnt good for anyone.
