congratulations on picking back up :)
ive just started moving from yoga to aerobic walking at home omg I tried with out one almost killed myself. lol
The new gym I joing (RetroFitness) offers classes in addition to all of the equipment they have. I have taken their yoga class which I love and last night I did cardio kickboxing which was probably the most difficult workout I have had in over 20 years but I really enjoyed it! They also offer zumba twice a week which I will take as well. I am finding I prefer the classes to working out (I normally walk on the treadmill and ride the bike).
I did get myself so good sports bras already. Just need to invest in some spanx to hold in my bottom half LOL
so the kick boxing do you like that? have you tried palates? that kind of intrigues me. what do you do for toning? my walking dvd has a segment with weights. sorry so many questions
I now have a dog and we walk together. He is just a puppy so he doesn't too well yet on the leash plus he is a mini daschund so he practically has to run to keep up with my normal walking pace so I have to slow down so he can keep up!
I didn't go to the gym until after I'd had my tummy tuck, so I'm not sure which garments would work best. However, I did have compression garments I wore all the time before my TTI got them from Kohls and Target. My favorites were designed to be worn with my own bra. I'm just not sure if they'll stay in place while bending and twisting but it's worth a try!
This blog has another good idea.

Bravo to you for getting back on track!

I am 10 days post surgery, and one of my biggest goals is to be able to get back to Zumba!! I have always wore compression type body shapers. In exercise class they can be warm, but the one piece ( bra and panty) really hold it all together!
Best wishes!
