I'm writing a book about stuff. I have experienced. I thought I'd share a bit with you, If it makes just one person smile I'll be happy.

I recently purchased a lovely blue Pilates ball. I progressed through the movements day by day until day eight, this was when the whole balance thing came in to play, it would appear that I dont have any, balance that is. Now I was unaware of my deficit in this department until I attempted the circus trick as prescribed in the instructions. I had attained the required equilibrium, or so I thought, when suddenly that wretched ball shot out from underneath me like a wet bar of soap. I landed what can only be described as heavily. The ball flew out of control around the room wreaking havoc in its wake. It was a good job I was alone this projectile could have killed someone, it also meant there was no audience to laugh at me. I got up and left the thing where it finally came to rest, until I had an epiphany. I purchased one of those childrens swim ring things. This I inflated and placed beneath the horrid ball, voila! It was rendered unable to roll away! I think I got far more satisfaction solving the balance problem that using the ball.
