I am so thankful that I "remember" so soon after I "forget"
hope the buzzer starts ringing for you too! {{{HUGS}}}}

fortunately I have never thrown up (knocking on wood) BUT....I do forget and I will lick my finger like I used to if some gets on my hand, BUT....as soon as it hits my mouth, it's like a big game show buzzer.......BEEEEEEEP!!!! I run to the sink and spit it out and do a water wash.

Yes, I forgot a few times early on, however, one of the effective parts of this tool we call GBS, is that our bodies help us remember to change our behavioror we pay dearly!! The changes will eventually become habit. Hang in there!!

You would think after two years post op I would learn..but I am not that bright :)
I think I have grown accustomed now to eating regular food and so I take it for granted that I need to eat slowly and make sure I don't take bites or anything while I'm cooking.
Went out with my sister and a friend last night and just forgot to really take it slowly with what I was eating. I got full VERY quickly and was nauseous for quite a bit there. NOT GOOD!!!
Need to get back in the habit of timing everything!!!!!
