Hi Kids,
Have any of you had issues with excess estrogen? I know it lives in fat cells and is eventually excreted. But my breasts are soooo tender all the time. When I take my bra off, they feel like their going to explode! (that's before they hit the floor!) Since surg, my cycles are very regular, including PMS...that's when it's worse. I'm 48 yrs old and hoping that this part of my life would be winding down by now.....unless, of course, The Good Lord is renewing my youth! Ooooh, think of the possibilities then!

Frenchy...I have never heard of cabbage leaves in the bra for tenderness before! That is absolutely wild! But if it works, I'm all for it!
The Cabbage thing is interesting! Not too sure, I'd want to live with the aroma tho! Lol!
