Personally, I can't eat yogurt or that much of an apple (or any fruit) without dumping and, at 4 years out, I don't have much room in my pouch for anything other than protein if I want to get my 70+ grams a day in.

I think I was just having a "head games" day. After eating that, I had the "I'm such a fatty" moment, followed by "OMG, I'm probably stretching out my pouch". I know it wasn't a horrible choice for an evening snack/late meal...but my head kept scolding myself.
