Has anyone used this pasta? It says only 5 carbs per serving... Looking for feedback lol

No never heard of it. Can you buy it in stores or online? I know Quest who make Quest bars now have a pasta they sell online.

No, but that isn't bad. If you are still in the shedding phase and haven't made goal you might want to stick with protein. Protein melts fat and water flushes it. I still don't eat any pasta because I don't want to get in the habit again

Pam yes I believe Wal Mart sells it I love in Germany and we have it at out commissary so I was happy lol Lcat I'm not at goal yet but I would love to eat something like this with the family lol not a everyday meal of course but once in a while I would like it lol

Yes, I use this brand whenever I have pasta. My brother in law who is a brittle diabetic told me about it and its really good. You can find it at most grocery stores with the regular dry pasta, it's in a black box. I can't eat very much of it but its nice to have an option.

Thank you! I did buy some here at our commissary in Germany lol I haven't made it yet but I look forward to making it. I just didn't know how it would taste and if it actually was only 5 carbs per serving,

if you google it you will find that a few studies were done and it seems that it really is too good to be true. The effect on blood sugar is the same as regular pasta therefore all the carbs are absorbed. There is very little about the "protected carbs" they claim...so...Like lcat said...I'd stick to the proteins and use this sparingly...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
