I can hardly believe just such a short time ago I was ready to give it up and was starting to regret having the surgery. Since getting the nausea meds that I can take when needed and the sleeping meds that I can take when needed I am starting to feel so much better. I actually feel like I am coming back to life again. Someone at my husbands work mentioned he has seen me smile more in the last few weeks since surgery than in the previous year. I feel better and it is showing in my personality. My husband was gone for two weeks and came in over the weekend and said that now that he has been away from me he can see the weight loss. I love that people can see it I just wish that I could. I see the numbers on the scale and tape measure going down but when I look in the mirror I don't see it. Would I go back in time and not have this surgery. Nope even if I didn't lose another pound (haha no chance of that) I would be happy because of the difference in my medications. I feel better now than I have in years and look forward to an even more fun filled future.
