So I do know what you're talking about. Now that I'm 8 months out, I can just about eat anything. I haven't vomited in a while. Nothing has gotten stuck in a long time.
I still use protein drinks to get all my protein in. 99% of the time I use Syntrax Nectars to get it in.
Good luck sweetie!!
Laurie
I know what you mean about the emotions. it's your body changing and your hormones wondering what's gong on. It's a great idea to talk to your PCP about this.
When do you move to the next stage of foods in your plan? I didn't have a pureed food stage in my plan, just soft foods. Can you try some other foods that are soft and don't need to be pureed? Ask your doctor if you can add some other foods before you do anything, but if your getting bored with your current plan it might be a good idea to ask.
I hope you start feeling better son and your energy level will increase as you keep going.
