I drink decaf, and some days I have half decaf/half regular. I used sugar free creamer, but you have to be aware of the calories, if you drink a lot!
I put splenda in mind too. I used to drink a lot more, but I drink about 2 cups a day, and sometimes my 2nd cup is at night, and that is always 100 percent decaf, as Caffeine, dehydrates you.

Yes!! Get that party started!! You're reporting time and surgery time are just like mine!
I had to be there at 6am, surgery was at 745am, BUT, I was the 1st patient on his surgery list, so he walked in, unshaven, and I said, "I just KNEW you'd have a 5 o'clock shadow! HE grinned, he's kinda young ( to me,...), probably about 38-40 yrs old.
SO then I said to him, You did get a good night's sleep didn't you ?? And this is Dr, that his staff says is always so serious ,and strict, and I got him laughing!!!!!
It relaxed me to, to joke around with him...but I really wasn't that nervous.
REALLY funny thing though...The last person besides the surgical staff that I saw, was my Ex Husband!!!
He works at a the hospital I had my surgery..and there he was, right before I was taken into the operating room!!
Luckily, he and I are pleasant to one another, and I just said "HI, how ya doin", as they wheeled me in!!
LOL!!
