I have been losing weight and the rest of my body is shrinking normally but the right side of my back is not budging its really noticable the left side is almost flat but the right still has the chubby roll and doesnt look like its went down at all. I injured my back on that side when i was young and it always hurt so im thinking maybe i favor it whe n im working out, but im not sure. Has this happen to anyone else?

If the difference is that apparent perhaps you should bring it to the attentiion of you pcp in order to rule out anything serious going on. d

I did physical therapy last year, anyway you might need to have your Primary Care Doc refer you, sometimes when you get an injury your muscles go out of wack it could just be that they haven't adjusted to your new weight, and it could be that you never fully healed from your injury...Best Wishes

Ive donr physical therapy a couplr timr, the injury will most likely never fully heal, thats what the. Doc says. My primary doesnt tame anything serious so i cant get any answers there. Hopefully itll even out causeit looks funny

just to add confirmation.

Years ago i was in a car accident and hit my left thigh on something. while i was doing the PT she told me that i needed to rub ice on it to make it go away. but i didn't.

it was always noticeable but now that i've lost 130 lbs even more so.

i don't exercise so i don't know if that would help.
