Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
If you're talking about a food log, then no, I don't on a daily basis. This decision was part of making the transition from diet mentality to complete lifestyle change. I do check ups though, once every few weeks just to be sure nothing has crept into my diet while I'm busy living. I did just in the beginning while I was learning about my new anatomy.

Journaling, to me, is when you bare your soul to a piece of paper (or maybe a blog, or whatever) and let out all that is on the inside.
I find it to be helpful when I am going 'thru' stuff. I have tried to do it when my life is balanced, but cannot seem to keep up on it then. I consider that a good thing, that I don't "need" to journal if I cannot find the time to do it. :)
Anyways... was just wondering :)
