I gave up potatoes, rice, bread, pasta, all sweets. I have a protein shake in the morning. I eat greek yogurt, fruit (limited) , veggies, chicken, turkey, and fish. I also eat cottage cheese.
No diet soda. I changed to water, Fruit2O, Propel, and Vitamin Water Zero. Also Crystal light.
I have absolutely no cravings at all. I feel better than I have in a long time. You can do this if you put you're mind to it. You have lots of support here.
Good luck!
