So lately at work when I'm sitting at my desk I get a little light headed when I stand up. Anybody else have this problem? What should I do? I've tried standing up slowly...it makes it less but not go away completely.

are you hydrated? do you have a blood pressure issue? are you over tired? ............those are things that affect that with me.

have you checked with your dr maybe some blood work needs doing?

Do you take high blood pressure medication? I know I was warned just the other day if I start feeling dizziness it could be that my medication needs to be adjusted.

I would call my Dr. just in case.

I am a year out an dget this alot taking an extra iron supplement helps but I would also consult your doctor

Hello ladies, thanks for your responses. I am staying hydrated. I have never had any blood pressure issues before and not on any medication. I did have my three month labs done two weeks ago and everything was good except for the high liver reading. The odd thing is that it only happens in my office. I can be at friends houses and at home and run all over, sit down and stand up normally with no issues. But while at my desk I get dizzy when I stand up. It's very strange.
