I took my daughter on a long walk on a trail today. It was good. I made sure I took all of my vitamins today even though taking pills is really hard for me. I am looking for liquid forms of my vitamins but so far no luck, I feel like I tried really hard today. If I can keep it up that will be great but I dont know.

Wellesse.com sent me a sample pack of the liquid vitamins... im going back on and ordering them for when i have surgery...at least for the first couple months... im nervous about the pill taking too :) glad you had a good day :)

Hey Ladies!!
I too received one of those sample packs from wellesse... Just a suggestion to bounce them off your NUT before you spend lots of money on them. There were only a couple that my NUT said were good to use. The calcium ones are not the right kind of calcium... Just a head up!!
