I agree with Hoping2lose, he won't notice :) Try and remember to eat slowly, that's one of my biggest flaws when dining with people who don't know.. but otherwise, decide if you like him first and then go from there..........
Have fun!!
Tandoori, lentils and anything with chickpeas will do it. Some Indian restaurants concentrate on quality flavour and not quantity at all (most, excepting buffets) - you will be fine with smaller portions.
If he had a vasectomy (a surgery which is sort of reversible which is a private choice and effects his whole life) - would you need to know on the first date? Absolute disclosure is not common courtesy or common sense. You can be all about it if you wish or if your conscience requires that, but this is not a social nicety - it's personal information between people who have a relationship. Once / if you get there, then of course, do what your conscience dictates.
Some could and would tell all on the first date. I say: depends on your heart and comfort.
And. You GO you hot little mama.
Love.
O
I find the most awkward part of restaurants to be the wait staff who insist that there is something wrong if you do not pig out on the food. I hate trying to convince them that everything is fine...by ordering the box sometimes I circumvent that delicate situation.
IMHO - Don't sweat the small things.
I hope your date goes well. :)
