when i do go i try to get like the fish. many times breakfast will be better than lunch or dinner.
given that it was a dry potato it's hard to imagine it was how they cooked it.
hopefully you're right and after tuesday you'll be able to try again.
good luck!

I love to go out to eat. I always bring 1/2 or more home in a doggy bag. Then I have it for lunch the next day.

Carbs are not your friend, the potato has little or no nutritional value.
any shredded chicken, is easy.
shrimp, if chewed properly, is good.
Don't try to eat things that do not add good protein, fresh vegetable, cooked vegetables, fruit. These are good habits for the rest of your life. Because after 18 months, you get your old metabolism back, and the carbs will pack onto your belly.
This is not meant to hurt, only to help. Best wishes.
