My surgeon... in the book they gave me, it says to prevent it, take metamucial or citracell (SP?), the sugar free type. Just an idea! :)

I know my one area that I don't do well with is my fluid intake. If I count my morning and evening tea then I am close to getting at least 64 ounces of fluid in daily, but clearly I need more than that to help keep me regular. So I am trying to get more water in.
