at 6mos out finally i woke up and realized i wasn't getting in my protein. i get in my 50 to 60 gm of protein everyday and i go. if i miss a day i just double my shake (which is 60 with milk). and then i go.
mom is safe, but it works by causing your bowels to retain water instead of absorbing it so drink more water while you take it.
i have even doubled the does when i have severe problems. mom was the ONLY thing that worked besides the protein. i would use the mom to get you really cleaned out and then do your protein every every every day.
Good luck.
