Yep! Like to froze to death the first couple of months. Even since then I don't handle cold as well as I did in the past. I suppose it is the loss of all that insulation! LOL!

I'm always freezing, some of it has to do with my metabolic disorder but since surgery I'm way colder.

I have been notorious for my hot flashes and night sweats for years until now. I am freezing constantly- wearing jackets indoors and turning the best up higher than ever I thought it was the blood thinning injections. But they are done and I'm still cold.

I'm one year out ( nov 1) and this is my first winter that I had to wear a winter jacket it feels good to bundle up without feeling suffocated.
I'm looking for heated socks because my feet are alway cold

I do stay cold more than I use to. This is common with weight loss.

I used to go barefoot all winter. No slippers or socks. Now I have to wear socks to bed my feet are always so cold! My body runs cooler, but has seemed to balance out some this past month and not so insanely cold as I was.

Yep. I had always had cold hands and feet when 270 pounds but now at less than 1/2 that I am cold all the time. I invested in lighweight thermal underwear tops and bottoms to wear. Check out Walmart, picked some up for less than $10 for the top and $10 for the bottoms.
Less fat/insulation to keep us warm now that we have lost weight or are loosing the weight.

I was freezing the first few months. Now at 10 plus months out, it does get better. My body has gotten more used to it. Still have to keep the heat up a little more than a year ago, but definitely better :)

I'm always cold since losing my weight.
My insulation i gone. That's ok, I'll trade my weight for a sweater any day.

Your normal!!!!! It lessened a little bit for me- 2 years out....., but sometimes I feel 100 years old, cuz I 'm a little ol' cold lady !!!!!
