I just wanted to get on here and say Merry Christmas to all and share a little. I haven't posted in a while and thought it was time. I had RNY 6/18/13. I have lost 75 lbs and been on a stall for a while, but this morning when I weighed I was down 3 more! I need to lose about 20 more and I will be good. I had my blood work done a couple weeks ago and all was great! I take my calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, B-12, B complex, and Flintstones multi. I checked with my NUT and she said these multis were fine as long as I added the B complex.

This morning we had our traditional "bad for us breakfast". It was bacon, sausage links, country ham, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. I had some of all the proteins and even tried biscuit and gravy. First time trying bread, had 3 bites and so far so good. I have not felt deprived since surgery. I made all my normal Christmas candies and wasn't tempted by any of it. Too scared of sugar and dumping!
