I read some of the questions here like water,the anwser was never given.It is 64 ozs. a day.We have been told No pop 2 reasons.
1-carbonation is bad for you after the surgery .
2- it makes your body haveissues,cause even sugar free can make you blood sugars rise.
He said to keep the proteins higher and have complex carbs with it your body responds better to it that way.
Thanks for sharing this info. my sister and mom are 2 years out they have both lost a lot.Sister 234 and mom 146.
