Went to see the Dr about my severe foot pain. Have had foot pain for a number of years from an injury so I thought the arthritis was getting worse. Nope, stress fracture. Been there a while. I have been walking on it for months. So now I am in a walking boot with no walking for a month. Cant do pool exercise. Even have to sleep in the darn thing. What a bummer
Two years later, as in a few weeks ago, I had my very first pedicure. It still hurt like hell when the person doing my pedi was massaging the top of my foot and I had to tell him not to touch that area.
Hope yours heals quickly!! Remember, you can still exercise sitting down. Just move the rest of your body :0)
