I woke up this morning on an absolutely positive note but returning home I am in a royal slump.
I had a horrible day today because i feel like i failed miserably at loosing the pre-op weight - Funny how I felt okay about me until I ran into a friend i hadn't seen on the joy in months and she told me she heard I was having the surgery to my dismay because I only told those I wanted to know.
Needless to say, she literally begged me not to do it and suggested i try it on my own. I wanted to scream because if that was the case my name would be twiggy and not Tami. We talked and she said it looks like you're already started to come down, well duh I have but certainly not a lot. For the first time in weeks i felt like i could have tried harder to get more off than I have. Not sharing that disaster i lost to gain some back (enough said) I spoke to my nutritionist and she said not to worry about it if i could do it on my own........................
I truly haven't felt depressed and anxious in a while and i pray this passes cause i don't like it. My chest feels like a ton of bricks is in it (the anxiety part). I wish like nobodies business i was getting up tomorrow and heading into surgery but i have a few weeks left to go. This emotional roller coaster sucks massive turds.
I am rambling on in venting formation because i simply need to clear my head - sorry I realize this too shall pass. Please God, just hurry and thank you.

First time I mentioned my GNY was in a group of people on vacation, my last fat one I told everyone;)
One woman just rammed me. She is a hard body and ate lettuce all week at an all u can eat resort.
I was so in shock! Now I just say Aren't I the luckiest person and so blessed to have this!!
Never had another negative comment !
